Cousin, Friend and link that kept us all in touch or up to date on the happenings within the family. Rick always made people feel at ease even those he had just met. He was able to chat with anyone about anything anytime; had a broad scope of interests and was always informed about current events and what was going on in the world. Rick would always find the time to stop in and visit if he was travelling through the area on one of his bike trips. Keeping in touch was important to him and he will be missed.

I would occasionally get together with Rick and go see some live Blues at the comercial hotel in Edmonton. It was always a good time and those moments will be sadly missed. RIP Rick!
